Better Prompts = Better Commissions
Welcome to Promptifi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Promptifi's website, prompt library, Claude Skills, Claude Projects, Prompt Chains, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Promptifi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Promptifi. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Promptifi offers a free tier and paid subscriptions:
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added. Payment is processed by a third-party provider (Stripe); we do not store full payment card details. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.
You agree not to:
Promptifi and all content on the Service — including but not limited to the prompt library, Claude Skills, Claude Projects, Prompt Chains, written guides, branding, design, and code — is owned by Promptifi or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may copy and paste prompts into your personal AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to generate outputs for your own work. You may not redistribute, publish, resell, or create derivative products that compile or substantially replicate the Promptifi library.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (for example, feedback, prompt requests, or testimonials). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
Promptifi provides prompts designed to be used with third-party AI tools. We do not operate those AI tools and we are not responsible for the outputs they generate. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and appropriately using any AI output before relying on it for business decisions, customer communication, legal, financial, or medical purposes.
Promptifi does not guarantee any specific outcome — including revenue, win-rate, or productivity gains — from using prompts in the library. Statistics and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of future results.
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Memberstack (authentication), Stripe (payments), Webflow (hosting), and the AI platforms you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptifi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Promptifi, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [JURISDICTION TBD], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in [JURISDICTION TBD], and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (for example, via email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
