Every prompt is run against a real B2B sales scenario. The output must pass the 'would I actually use this?' test from someone who has carried a quota for 25 years. Generic or AI-sounding outputs fail immediately.
Prompts are tested across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. If a prompt only works well on one tool, it gets either tool-tagged or rewritten until it produces strong outputs across multiple platforms.
Each output is scored across 5 criteria: specificity, tone fit, actionability, length appropriateness, and absence of AI tells. A prompt must score 4 out of 5 to enter the library. Failing prompts get revised and re-tested.
Every published prompt includes full usage instructions: fill-in fields explained, best context to provide, expected output format, and the iteration prompt to use when you want a stronger second draft.
Roughly 30% of prompts written for the library don't make it in. The most common failure modes are prompts that are too generic, that produce AI-sounding outputs, that have vague bracket structure, or that are tagged to the wrong sales stage.

Every prompt is tested against real B2B sales scenarios by people who use AI in actual deals — not against hypothetical situations or benchmark datasets. If it doesn’t produce a usable output in a real selling context, it doesn’t get published.
The prompt is run against Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, and Perplexity. We note which tools handle it well, which require structural changes, and which produce weak outputs regardless of phrasing.
The output is evaluated across five quality dimensions: specificity, actionability, sales relevance, length appropriateness, and tone. Generic, padded, or technically correct but practically useless outputs fail here.
The prompt is run with actual deal context — a real company, a real title, a real situation from an active or recently closed deal. The output has to be usable in that real context without manual editing beyond light personalization.
Passing prompts get documented with fill-in [BRACKETS] standardized, a difficulty rating assigned (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced), a recommended AI tool tagged, and a short usage note explaining the context it works best in.
